This retreat is one dedicated to play. Play as/is a form of meditation, growth, creatively, and a path to self realization.
Play seems to be the lost and forgotten Art of our Time. We seem to be so caught up with a day and work and we failed to see that it’s through the small nuances of play that we find the moments of pure happiness.
Play is the container within which we assimilate our character and define our boundaries. We see little pups play with each other as an act of evolution.
We treat play as a form and the highest form of learning.
Note: We have structured the day in such a way that each activity or combination of activities enables and informs the other. We have also kept in mind that this may be considered high altitude for some people, structuring physical activity followed by rest or relaxing activity to give your body enough time to rest.
Routine: 1 creative session per day
Day 1
6:30 – 7:00 AM: Quiet Time – Upon waking up, maintain a quiet mind and space & absorb the energies of the morning to get ready for meditation.
7:00 – 7:30 AM: Meditation – 30 mins meditation to center your mind and body.
7:30 – 9:00 AM: Yoga – We use yoga as a method to bring both mind and body into union, eventually leading up to creating the structure to enable you to hold the energies created by your mind-body union.
9:30 – 10:30 AM: Breakfast – To nourish the body throughout the day, a yogi/wholesome diet mostly gathered from our kitchen garden.
11:00 AM – 1:30 PM: Trek – Trek through the Redhill mountain with a gradual climb through the sholas (ancient natural forest) to reach the Redhill peak. You will be climbing about 1,000 ft to reach an elevation of 8,200 feet. During the trek, you will have an opportunity to sit down for a forest bathing exercise. A naturalist will be accompanying you through the trek to familiarize you with local flora and fauna. Trek is designed to deepen your connection with nature to see and feel firsthand its effect on other creative endeavors.
1:30 – 2:30 PM: Lunch – Healthy lunch mostly sourced from our organic farm.
2:30 – 4:30 PM: Rest
5:00 – 6:30 PM: Chess Opening Practice/Play – The reason why we chose this as an activity is to provide you with the ability to know that anything you do – any pursuit you undertake – has an opening, middle game, and end game. Through the practice of teaching you a chess opening, you could extrapolate this to any aspect of life. To know that one move comes after the other in a cause and effect manner will teach you that every move has a repercussion or cascading effect. You could use these lessons in real life.
7:00 – 8:00 PM: Yin Yoga/Sound Healing – Yin yoga is a combination of ancient Chinese practices mixed with traditional Indian yoga. You will learn about meridian energy lines and how to enable your fascia to get deeper into your body to soothe/relax yourself.
8:30 PM: Dinner – Sumptuous organic food prepared by our Chef.
Day 2
6:30 – 7:00 AM: Quiet Time – Upon waking up, maintain a quiet mind and space & absorb the energies of the morning to get ready for meditation.

7:30 – 9:00 AM: Yoga – We use yoga as a method to bring both mind and body into union, eventually leading up to creating the structure to enable you to hold the energies created by your mind-body union.
9:00 – 9:30 AM: Ecstatic Dance – Ecstatic dance is an idea to get your body into free-flow motion, mostly with eyes closed, hopefully enabling you to find the rhythm of your soul. The idea is to completely let go of any stress/energy that is holding you back at the moment.
9:30 – 10:30 AM: Breakfast – To nourish the body throughout the day, a yogi/wholesome diet mostly gathered from our kitchen garden.
11:00 AM – 1:30 PM: Table Tennis Form – Just like meditation is used to understand attention from the inside, we are using table tennis as a form to understand attention on the outside. The philosophy that we will unravel during the session is “Power from ground up”. We will be harnessing power from the ground & using our body like a whip-like object to transfer energy from body to ball. Using movements to activate both the cat and the monkey. The monkey-like movement is important since we have come down from the trees, and cat-like movement will show you how to effectively move on your feet.
1:30 – 2:30 PM: Lunch – Healthy lunch mostly sourced from our organic farm.
2:30 – 4:30 PM: Rest
5:00 – 6:30 PM: Basics of Art and Therapy – Drawing – During the session, we will choose canvas art as our base platform. There will be both a mandala and a structural art form teacher. Session designed to enable and explore the creative part of yourself.

7:00 – 7:30 AM: Meditation – 30 mins meditation to center your mind and body.

9:30 – 10:30 AM: Breakfast – To nourish the body throughout the day, a yogi/wholesome diet mostly gathered from our kitchen garden.
11:00 AM – 1:30 PM: Biomechanics of Sprinting – Explore the science of human movement through sprinting mechanics. You will learn how to harness power from the ground up, understanding proper posture, foot strike patterns, and energy transfer through the body. The principles learned here apply beyond running – to any movement in life that requires power, precision, and purposeful action.
1:30 – 2:30 PM: Lunch – Healthy lunch mostly sourced from our organic farm.
2:30 – 4:30 PM: Rest
5:00 – 6:30 PM: Breathwork – A guided breathwork session designed to regulate your nervous system, release trapped emotions, and expand your lung capacity. Through conscious breathing techniques, you will learn to control your energy levels, calm your mind, and access deeper states of awareness. This practice bridges the physical and spiritual, teaching you that the breath is the link between body and consciousness.
7:00 – 8:30 PM: Cacao Ceremony and Ecstatic Dance – The cacao ceremony is an ancient ritual using ceremonial-grade cacao to open the heart chakra and deepen your connection to yourself and others. Cacao acts as a gentle plant medicine that enhances introspection, creativity, and emotional release. Following the ceremony, we transition into ecstatic dance – a free-flow movement practice with eyes closed, enabling you to find the rhythm of your soul and completely let go of any stress or energy that is holding you back at the moment.
8:30 PM: Dinner – Sumptuous organic food prepared by our Chef.
