Day 1: Arrive Bangalore, Karnataka

Arrival at Bangalore Airport and our representative will meet you and transfer to check in at the Retreat. Sleep, relax, taste some delicious cuisine, get an Ayurvedic massage to rejuvenate yourself to get the tour started afresh.

Day 7: Explore History & Culture

Mysore palace is one of the early schools of Modern Yoga, where Krishnamacharya, respected as father of modern yoga taught what is today known as Ashtanga Yoga. The fact that Ashtanga Yoga is also known as Mysore Style Yoga complements the role of prominent Yoga teachers of Mysore taking Yoga the most sought after alternative lifestyle. The traditional Mysore style yoga practices postures in a fixed order using a special movement-breathing technique called vinyasa that links the postures together in the dance of the breath. Late Sri K Pattabhi Jois has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga since 1930, who is also from Mysore.
