The art and craft of the Indian cuisine as most Indian’s know is a very time-consuming process and requires a skillful touch of a true master. Most Indian dishes are from Badaga family recipes that cannot be found anywhere else in India.
The cuisine at Red Hills varies from traditional South Indian, to Chinese and Continental. We offer a variety of Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meals are usually served buffet-style in our Dining Hall.
